Information we collect

Aumida will collect personal data including; your name, telephone number, email address and other relevant information required in order to provide our recruitment and coaching services. This may also include sensitive personal information such as details of criminal convictions or any other information pertaining to job applications. You may have applied directly to us or we may have found your details from a job board or social networking site. We will store all email communications we have with you. We may also store information you submit to us as part of the hiring process, which will vary depending on the client or clients we are introducing you to. This could include; proof of identity, right to work documents, criminal record checks, visa information, certificates, references and anything else necessary or legally required. All personal information is held securely in accordance with the law.

How we use your information 

This information is held, used and disclosed by us. In order to provide our services, enhance and maintain our relationship with you. Where 'you' are a client, candidate, prospect or user of our website. This enables you to submit your CV, apply for jobs, receive emails, phone calls and text messages about jobs and services. 

We will consider your details for specific job vacancies to enable us to find a position that is most suitable for you and send your personal information (including sensitive information) to clients in order to apply for jobs. We will never share your personal details with a client or any other third party without your consent.

We may directly market our services to you, advise you of news and industry updates, events, promotions, reports and other information. If you wish to unsubscribe from such communications you will have the option to do so. 

We may also process information we find on social media such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter etc. It is in Aumida's legitimate business interests to process personal data found on publicly accessible websites.

It is in Aumida's legitimate business interests to keep your details for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for and to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. We will store your data for up to 3 years from the date you register with us. If we haven't actively worked together; we haven't found you a job, you haven't used our coaching or other services, we will notify you prior to deleting your data. At this time, if you would like us to retain your details you can get back in touch. If we cannot help you, we will inform you, explain why and delete all of your data.

Cookies

Cookies are used with your consent to enhance your experience of our website. Cookies are small files saved to your computer that track, save and store information about your interactions with a site. The purpose is to allow a website, through its server, to provide you with a tailored experience. Google Analytics help us to understand how our website is being used in order to improve the user experience.
